COME AS YOU WERE
A NIRVANA TRIBUTE
Come As You Were is a Sacramento-area Nirvana tribute focused on the raw, loud side of the band. We cover the staples, the deeper cuts, and the live versions that were heavier, faster, and rougher around the edges. Three-piece, loud, and played like a band, not a museum piece.

COME AS YOU WERE
Come As You Were is a three-piece Nirvana tribute from the Sacramento area, built around the sound and feel of Nirvana as a live band.
The set pulls from Bleach, Nevermind, In Utero, B-sides and live versions, mixing the songs everybody knows with deeper cuts that Nirvana fans recognize immediately.
We’re not trying to recreate every detail of a particular concert or era. The goal is to play the music the way it was meant to be played: loud, loose when it should be, heavy when it needs to be, and with the dynamics that made Nirvana such a powerful three-piece.
